There's a new page up at MINDMISTRESS, in which the gang from PVP guest star, with the permission of PVP's creator, Scott Kurtz.
I'm going to have a lot of fun with the next few pages, with a lot of guest stars, as Detective Lovelace gets closer and closer to his home reality....but not quite.
Why yes, I did like the SLIDERS TV show. And Crisis on Earth-One/Earth-Two. How can you tell?
And of course I love Crossovers....what comic fan doesn't?
Other news, other news....Brian went to his first prom last night, with a friend who had broken up with her boyfriend and who hated to waste her prom dress.
Of course, he was out to two-thirty, and I'm a little bleary-eyed now...
But at least I don't worry about him too much...well, I worry about the drunks on the road, but that's about it.
Very odd to see him in a good suit and tie. He wore one to the funeral, and one tonight. Not his style at all.
Speaking of the funeral and crossing over in that sense....
Things have calmed down a bit. The last visiting relative for the funeral (my sister from France) is leaving for San Diego tomorrow, to help my brother and his wife go through things...
Hopefully, she'll come back through here before she returns to France late next week...it's been great to see her, and all of them...
The sympathy cards are coming in...
The deli trays the sympathizers supplied are being consumed...
I had the follow-up interview for the position I want...I think I have a very good chance, but they want to advertise outside the company, too...
Here's hoping. The company's so complicated, an outsider has to spend weeks or months learning the business...
And I'm already doing the job I'm applying for...
I'm sleepy and I'm tired, so I'm going to wrap this up now.
More tomorrow. Sorry for the skimpiness of this entry, but not much to report.
Some days are like that...
Gloriously empty.
